BROWN SUGAR BOULANGERIE, LLC is owned and operated by Mel(inda) Hanley (she/her/chef) from a fully certified commercial kitchen in Asheville, North Carolina. A graduate of the French Culinary Institute in NYC and maker of thousands of exceptional bespoke cakes in New York and New Orleans, Mel is delighted to offer her unique talents to new friends in her new-found home in the sweet Blue Ridge Mountains.
