BIG, BOLD FLAVOR. Whether it’s rich, dark chocolate ganache or bright, juicy lemon curd, our tastebuds wanna be punched in the face by it. Listed here are a just a few of our favorites!

Our menu is in four sections: Classic Combos for those who prescribe to the tried & true, Luxe for those who are looking for a little Extra Oomph, and our special Boozy Bakes for those who really wanna party! Our fourth section is up to you- if you don’t see something you like, shoot us a message- we love to experiment in the kitchen, and we would love to create a unique and delicious combination just for you!

All of our flavors are available for Standard Orders, and can also be selected for custom decorated orders and Per Tier for larger event orders.

CLASSIC COMBOS

VANILLA VANILLA- Delicate and sweet, our classic vanilla sponge cake is paired with our sweet and creamy vanilla swiss meringue buttercream.

VANILLA ON CHOCOLATE- Rich chocolate cake is paired with our sweet and creamy vanilla swiss meringue buttercream.

CHOCOLATE ON VANILLA- Our classic vanilla sponge cake is paired with milk chocolate buttercream for a combination that is light and sweet.

CHOCOLATE ON CHOCOLATE- Rich chocolate cake is paired with milk chocolate buttercream for a can’t-go-wrong combination.

RED VELVET- That instantly recognizable bright red cake sponge, lightly sweetened with cocoa and paired with our sweet and slightly tangy cream cheese filling.

CONFETTI CAKE- Our classic vanilla sponge cake adorned with rainbow sprinkles and paired with our sweet and slightly tangy cream cheese filling. If you like “Birthday Cake Flavor,” this is the one for you!

COOKIES & CREAM- Our chocolate sponge cake filled with creamy vanilla swiss meringue buttercream that we’ve mixed with pulverized chocolate cookie crumbs.

CARROT CAKE- Traditional moist and sweet carrot cake, paired with chopped pecans and our sweet and slightly tangy cream cheese filling.

LEMON CURD CAKE- Our classic vanilla sponge cake filled with mouthwatering house-made lemon curd and our sweet and creamy swiss meringue buttercream.

RASPBERRY VANILLA CAKE- Classic vanilla sponge cake with a spread of raspberry preserves and filled with fresh raspberry buttercream.

RASPBERRY CHOCOLATE CAKE- Rich chocolate sponge cake with a spread of raspberry preserves and filled with fresh raspberry buttercream.



LUXE

COOKIE BUTTER CAKE- You read that right- cookie butter cake! We’ve turned everyone’s favorite airline snack into a tasty torte. Our classic vanilla sponge cake is paired with spice soak, speculoos cookie butter buttercream and crushed Biscoff cookie bits. Yes, please!

S’MORES CAKE- Our rich chocolate cake is slathered with a marshmallow creme filling sprinkled with graham cracker crumbs and drizzled with chocolate fondue. WOAH.

TIRAMISU CAKE- Our classic vanilla sponge cake is soaked in espresso and paired with our sweet and tangy cream cheese filling before being lightly dusted with cocoa powder and sprinkled with vanilla cookie crumbs. A little pick me up for the coffee lover in your life!

LIME IN THE COCONUT CAKE- A light, fluffy, coconutty take on our classic vanilla cake, filled with cool and tangy lime curd and sprinkled with toasted coconut shavings. We’d serve it with a little paper umbrella if we could!

STRAWBERRIES & CREAM- Our classic vanilla sponge cake with a spread of strawberry preserves and filled with chantilly cream and fresh strawberries.

DEATH BY CHOCOLATE- Rich chocolate cake is paired with a chocolate pudding filling, dark chocolate ganache, and chocolate cookie crumbs.

NOLA PRALINE CAKE- Our classic vanilla sponge paired with a melt-in-your-mouth brown-butter brown sugar filling, our sweet and creamy swiss meringue buttercream, topped with chopped pralines and pecans. I do declare!

SWEET & SALTY CAKE- Our chocolate sponge cake is filled with salted caramel buttercream, chocolate fondue drizzle, plus crushed pretzel bits. Our tastebuds are overwhelmed!

PEANUT BUTTER CUP CAKE- Our rich chocolate cake is filled with smooth peanut butter buttercream, drizzled with chocolate ganache, and topped with chopped peanut butter cups. There’s no wrong way to eat this cake!

HOT CHOCOLATE CAKE- Remember Red Hots? Well, we’ve pulverized them and mixed them into our dark chocolate ganache, with a touch of cinnamon. Paired with our rich, moist chocolate sponge, this cake brings the heat!

MOCHA CAKE- Our chocolate sponge cake soaked in espresso and paired with mocha buttercream and a drizzle of chocolate fondue. A sprinkling of espresso powder adds an extra little kick.



BOOZY BAKES

LEMON CHAMPAGNE CAKE- A personal favorite, champagne cake is a toast-y twist on our classic lemon curd cake- with a double dose of the bubbly! After being baked with champagne, it’s then soaked in champagne and paired with our mouth-watering house-made lemon curd and our sweet and creamy buttercream. We’re drooling just thinking about it…

RASPBERRY CHAMPAGNE CAKE- Another take on our tasty champagne cake, this version is also soaked with a bit of the bubbly, spread with raspberry preserves, and filled with fresh raspberry swiss meringue buttercream. YUM!

SPARKLING FRUIT PUNCH CAKE- Just another version of our favorite champagne cake- this time paired with a red fruit spread of currant, cherry, raspberry, and strawberry preserves and red fruit buttercream!

MIMOSA CAKE- Yet another delicious spin on our champagne cake, this version is also soaked in bubbles then paired with mouth-watering orange curd and our classic vanilla buttercream. Mimosa cake with brunch? Yes, please!!

MUDSLIDE CAKE- Our rich chocolate cake is soaked with a generous pour of Irish Creme, filled with creamy vanilla swiss meringue buttercream, drizzled with chocolate fondue, and finished off with chocolate cookie crumbs. Put it in my mouth...

GRASSHOPPER CAKE- Our rich chocolate cake is soaked Creme de Menthe, filled with mint chocolate chip buttercream, and finished off with chocolate cookie crumbs. What would the girl scouts think…?

BANANAS FOSTER CAKE- Decadent banana cake soaked in New Orleans dark rum, filled with vanilla creme anglaise filling, and drizzled with caramel. We can’t serve it flaming, but we can guarantee that it will give you warm fuzzy feelings!

ALMOND CANDY BAR CAKE- Our classic vanilla sponge cake soaked with a generous pour of Irish creme, filled with milk chocolate buttercream, and sprinkled with milk chocolate shavings and toasted almonds.

COCONUT RUM CAKE- Our light and fluffy coconut sponge cake soaked in rum, filled with vanilla creme anglaise, and sprinkled with toasted coconut flakes. You’ll go cocoNUTS for this cake!

*All prices listed in this chart are for smooth-iced, undecorated cakes ONLY- a simple inscription & border in a single color, with or without a light rainbow sprinkle garnish to frame it, can be included for no additional cost. Custom decorations made of buttercream, gumpaste, and/or fondant are charged additionally. Fill out our order form to get pricing on a custom decorated cake.
